Alrighty, tiny little mini rant and history lesson:
The blanket use of the term Futanari nowadays annoys me a bit too, as I grew up in the lewd Blockbuster video era. La Blue Girl, Bible Black, Futabau, the many Mahou parodies, Urotsukidoji, Star Jewel, Space Pirate Sara... and the Cutey Honey parody which name escapes me currently, etc. etc.
The Japanese name futanari has the core route of 'futari' meaning both, and is quite well-defined over in its place of origin. For a lady type that presents feminine but is rocking only twigs and berries down below, there are other monikers. The cynic in me sometimes thinks the word was subverted and used just to look less offensive and a bit more fancy on paper, haha.
But hey. Much like the devs lore nod here with the shifting landscape with fantasy characters: culture can be a beast. Words and names get employed that aren't the same, or sometimes run counter to the entire meaning of the initial thrust.
So I get the frustration, but let's try to level those pitchforks at folks that deserve it. The dev here is creating a fun smutty story and is actively working on it.
...For the record I am absolutely on team both bits. As an occasional writer of smut and artist stuff I just find the range of options far more fun to work with. ...Which is one of the reasons I shamelessly provided a path to see Sera with a delicious flower of her own to be filled on occasion. You are using the lore that futas are more sexually charged, but what is the difference ingame between a futa and say, a femboy, or somebody androgynous, or for the less offensive- trans?
The easiest answer is: It's a smut game, don't think about it too hard, haha!
Anyway. To add something constructive to the impromptu wall of text, here are some more scene suggestions that may hopefully inspire!
* Sera is "gifted" a new set of clothes by Gemma that is far more revealing than before, leaving her bulge an outright certainty.
* Sera is still actively trying not to wank to Gemma pictures now, despite her support. Gemma grows excited but annoyed at this and is far more direct one night, stripping down in front of Sera for some mutual masturbation.
* Sera receives a bj, or at least the attempt of a bj due to her size- from Gemma. Possible recording for her stream. Gemma is actually humbled by how difficult it is to throat the whole thing, but remains stubborn and determined. When the scene is finished, a blissed out Gemma reflexively attempts to kiss Sera- with a big mouthful of Sera's seed still on her lips and in her mouth. If the player allows it: New fetish get for Sera.
* Her workplace BFF offered up ways to improve the oral game. Pressed for time, she 'borrows' her boss, demonstrates how to go about it, and she and Sera do some teamwork oral exploration and talent building together.
* Once the site gets more overtly adult (which is already on the way with Gemma showing penetration this early on) a massive tipper has a lucrative challenge: both girls wear matching butt plugs and go about their day to day, supported by pictures.

Slight nitpick: As she enjoyed the experience (BJ) so much, when she was in the backroom with the gloryholes the memory of her own recent event should have been on her mind, and the temptation to linger should have been more overt.
