To answer your questions:

None. The MC’s romantic interests are not raped, and I don’t plan on adding NTR. The girls shown in the preview scene are more like acquaintances or people dating the MC’s friends.
Can I be evil?
In Chapter 1, the MC is mostly on a “good” path. In Chapters 2 and 3, I plan to introduce a clear good vs. evil route.
Incest
Not in the game.
Stuck at the vault
You’ll need to explore other paths in the dungeon first. After meeting an NPC named Spirit, return to the vault and you’ll be able to progress.
No—there isn’t any gay content in the current release.
I’ve actually gotten a few questions about it already, so it’s something I might consider in the future, but it’s not currently planned.
Absolutely NO gay or pregnancy content. 100% against it! There are plenty of other such games for you to enjoy.
P.S. I am only saying it because people constantly type comments about it and make it appear like it is highly desired. When, in fact, it is not.
To the DEV: Don't be fooled. People who are happy with your game will not make requests to change it. By definition, if they like it, they will keep quiet and enjoy everything you give them. This has happened many times - 5 dudes keep crying for something they want and they ruin the experience for everyone else.
Thanks for your comment! It looks like you may have taken a dungeon route I didn’t fully anticipate, which caused a quest to trigger out of order. I’ll be fixing this—so thank you for pointing it out! It was triggered by going into the room with the Red Door. (if you want to fix the bug, you can load a previous save and just not go back to that room until after you meet the voice in the cells)
Otherwise for now, you just need to explore a bit more. Shortly after you acquire the Shock spell, you can use the Shock to banish the voice that tempts you into the hallway, then continue forward on to an "empty room" with a hidden switch which opens a door to some cells where you’ll encounter the Dark Voice. After that, the quest flow should be back on track.

Update - I tested it, and this should not be a game breaking bug. Even if you got the trigger before meeting the voice - once you go back and meet it, things get back on track
