Nah, there are many games with 3D models and no animation. I filter games by animated tag, I am guessing there are others who do the same so the lack of the tag might cause a significant amount of people missing the game. Should be added.It could be there, but it's not mandatory. In a 3D game, it's expected that something moves there.
"Animated" tag was designed for CG tags.

If I keep it as a sister, the visibility of my game on itch.io will disappear and they remove the game again. Plus, if I continue with these violations, there’s even a chance of getting banned, and I won’t make a single cent on itch.io.
Secondly, I wouldn’t be able to stay on platforms like Patreon, and my account would get suspended because incest content is now prohibited there too.
In short, if I do this, my game will have no visibility and I won’t earn a single cent.
If incest content becomes legal in the future, I will bring it back.
I don’t think it’s a matter of legality though? I’m not aware of any laws, in the U.S. as least, that says incest games, or any game depicting racy themes for that matter, are illegal since they’re protected by free speech. I get that it’s important for the game to be marketable, but it shouldn’t be illegal as far as I am aware. If anything, it’s the payment processors and gaming platforms that are violating the law by suppressing our freedom of speech and right to buy whatever the hell we want.
Would it be too much effort to put out an “unofficial” patch that changes it back to a sibling relationship? It’s been done with other games.
I am enjoying this a lot. Thank you.

2. Character editing? Like the changes a LOT in this version to the girl. but I still not entirely into her. there ever going to be a way of customizing her model? that would be amazing.
3. How "Dark" are we going? (I'm not picky, just curious, i'll take any extreme fetishes)

it's not always the legality directly that causes a problem, but the lack of desire for financial institutions to do business with certain industries, and certain topics.
In the case of Patreon, (IIRC), they were forced by their payment processors to clean out certain content or lose access to their banking.
A LOT of industries run into this issue with payments/banking. Cannabis might be legal in a lot of places, but banks still won't touch it.

Yes, freedom of speech IS important, but not the highest right possible.
Service providers do have the right to decline customers, and since this is a chain reaction:
Banks->Platforms->Developers
Eg:
Bank says to platform, they will decline further cooperation with platform as long as platform hosts Apps matching certain criteria.
Platform tells developers they won't host Apps with certain criteria.
Developers have the choice to comply or face consequences, like no more hosting or account termination.
This has nothing to do with our freedom of speech.
"Your right ends when my right begins" comes to mind.
Freedom of speech and "buying whatever the hell you want" might be your rights, but the platforms as well as the banks or stores or whatever business has the right to decline service to you, as long as the reasoning has nothing to do with discrimination.
TLDR:
They don't suppress your right to freedom of speech.
They use their right to decline business
Sabley Games there seems to be a problem when launching the game, so i dowloaded it through itch and when trying to launch the game it forces my computer to restart with a couple messages. although i cant read them cause it goes pretty quick. anyway just letting you know, i hope im not the only one with this issue.

the fact that your computer is restarting is not a normal game bug it’s most likely a system or driver related issue. Could you tell me your computer’s specifications and which operating system you’re using?
yeah its very strange that its happening with this game alone but doesnt with others i could delete it and re-install it? but specs:...
it is just a gaming laptop Lenovo on windows 11, it's proccessor is amd Rayzen 7.
Update; works now when downloading from mega site through this site, so whatever the difference is between them 2 i assume its on itch.io end?
Would be nice if she looks more disheveled after Protag forgets to give her the drugs showing "we F'd up."

Well, this was funny. Gave in the first time she wanted it. After the scene, she vanished into thin air.
Also, if you're going to change her from sister to girlfriend to dodge the bullshit payment processors, I hope you'll give us a patch to revert that change.

Last Hope worked around this with an "unofficial" patch that- if placed in the save folder magically made a toggle appear that enabled the problematic content... Would be a shame if one those pesky modders(who totally isn't you) "unofficially" posted something similar on a website you don't own or control(like here for example)...

I apologize for the long paragraph I'm about to write to voice my opinion.
I think it's a good game, and I personally like the 3D model for Akira (she's so cute I could just stare at her sitting on the bed), but the phrases used for the AI voice acting... it's machine translated isnt' it?
Okay... Please just take this as a baka nihon-niki nitpicking, but to name an example: things like "お前(omae)" to refer the protagonist and "だ(da)" to end the sentence is not really "girl-like".
- "Omae" in this case can be replaced with either "キミ(kimi)" for a nameless protagonist or with "Kaito-kun" in this game, unless you're going for the tomboyish female character then it's debatable.
- Okay, this "da" example can be a little subjective depending on the sentence, but it threw me off when (for example) she said "I don't know where" with "分からないんだ(wakaranainda)". I think "分からないの(wakaranaino)" will make it sound more girl-like.
- Or maybe the nuance the AI voiced that made me go "that doesn't sound girl-like...". You see, "wakaranainda" with the "da" having a slightly rising tone sounds girl-like...? The current nuance just instinctively told me that it should've been "wakaranaino" (I'm dying trying to explain something this subjective).
Ultimately, they all fall into the "well technically she can say that it's just how she is and it's just a word" category, but in Japan we have a sort-of unspoken rule of judgement when people say stuffs like "お前(omae)" which can seem rude. I'm sorry I can't explain this well enough...
Maybe have a proofreader and a voice actress in the very VERY ambitious future? Like I said, I don't want to come across as a jerk complaining. I think the game itself is good, and I could always just turn the voice volume off if I wanted to. I just want to let you know my humble opinion as a Japanese audience.
Good luck for your development, and I hope you get the "MiSide but with seggs" attention in your (hopefully) very VERY ambitious future.
