You have to go back to the church and enter the corridor where the three rooms are and enter the room on the left and touch the centaur on the bed, then touch the drink and then the grass. Repeat this for several days to complete the mission.

Did you already grab the red weed that's on the shelf? It may look like decoration but you have to grab it.
