I think it's either "done" for now or he'll get to it later, I checked his Twitter and while he hasn't said it's finished he is working a lot on the game in general and is working on a kiosk for the more in depth trade system. Keep in mind if he stays true this is going to be a massive update so it'll most likely be completed

They were for the dropbox links for the 5.0 mini release 1. The links are now dead since the release is public.
Is it when you have to get spices daily for the impotent centaur? You have to click on the spice to leave. It's the red one, i think. But just click on everything until you can leave if i'm wrong.

My guess is added later or with this next update since Alek seems to be working on all the stuff he wanted to implement since like chapter 3 so it's gonna be awhile but it should a massive update with most of the things ironed out already (this is just a guess since I don't have his patreon I go off of Twitter)
