Well, I wanted to tell you that this version comes out with a couple of alerts and although it is possibly a false positive, I would still like to know if you would have the official version if it is not too much trouble.

It says below that it isn't the official version, it has been unlocked in order to start the game. So those are false positives, then it's up to you to decide whether to install it or not.
