What is the reason why animations cannot be loaded or played? It just keeps going black without any response, and the same goes for viewing in the gallery. What could be the possible cause if it's a computer issue?

What is the reason why animations cannot be loaded or played? It just keeps going black without any response, and the same goes for viewing in the gallery. What could be the possible cause if it's a computer issue?

Dev just dropped unfinished game(in bugged state) you can not get income because some customers just bug in process of moving them and you can not do anything after this poins(and it is not rare case of bug).
It is just the first issue why i dropped playing this game, idk how much more of other kind of bugs there are.
