Yes, set your refresh rate to 60hz when you play the game. It sucks, but it's the only solution.
And technically the game runs 2.4 times as fast.

Just walk to each one of them and interact to light them up.

Does anyone know if this has changed?

Currently I can go to F1 through F3, yet the quest still shows as 0/5, and I can't see any opponent in the caves, which I'm assuming indicates they aren't lit (and thus I'm only able to see something when I am right on top of it).

The game is really fast when I play it.

Like, character move fast, everything is fast and time pass soooo fast.

Is it normal and do you know if there is anyway to slow it down a bit please ?

The game is really speed up, like I save with 1 second interval, and the "playtime" goes up by 7 seconds

You can also use tools like RivaTuner to cap the FPS to example 60 FPS, that works as well
