The rating is old, this game has existed for a while now, maybe it had futa back then and now it doesn't.

the good stuff is gone and only a strip simulation is left, they basically just loose 1 piece of clothing when you win the current turn until they are completly naked

well this is not one of the main games it is a spin off the games sexbot and sexbot recalibrated, which is is the sequel to sexbot.
so the main games are still rocking

nevertheless there was a an earlier version of sexbot blackjack which had actual scenes in them for winning or losing
