VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Sexbot [v1.6 Final] [LlamaMann Games]

To start with, they go out of their way to make unappealing male characters. Then they just incidentally make some of the ugliest women in 3D, but it seems to just be a matter of taste. Very recessed cheeks, skin taut, wide eyed, large mouth banshees. I can't even imagine someone likes this, but there are many 5 star reviews that adore them.
The portrait next to the dialog definitely makes this worse, as it's the most thoroughly lit and clear face shot. They don't look as bad when they're standing far away, in the shade, maybe wearing a mask.

The humor is pretty ongoing on cheesy, it's not trying to be a serious narrative at all, so take that as you will. I like cheesy, but it just kind of fell flat a lot for me.
You call your mom by her first name a lot. Kind of weird.
Time loop is samey and repetitive
The "romances" don't seem very distinct/different.
Not enough NTR.

I've never made a review before but this game was so good I had to. This is possibly the best H game I've played yet, and easily the best VN (and game using 3d models). The animation and models are top tier and the variety in the tags leaves something for everyone. The thing that really stood out to me that I haven't seen many people talk about is the dialogue. The sexual dialogue is great, but the comedy is unmatched. Whoever writes the dialogue is genuinely funny and I laughed out loud numerous times while playing. If the game even looks slightly interesting to you I highly recommend giving it a chance. I didn't think much of it at first and was blown away by how good it ended up being. Easy 5/5.

I played many game in this forum, but i have to say that this one is the best out here.
It has likable and sexy characters with different personalities, the story is enjoyable, and there's plenty of options and endings you can choose.
Not to mention how content rich this game is, you can expect 12-14 hours of game (didn't even 100%)
I don't like NTR so i didn't explore this part of the game, but if you don't like it i would still recommend, the NTR aspect is 100% avoidable.
Best 3D game out here.

I have been following this game for a while now, and must say that with each release brings new surprises.

The design of the Characters is really appealing to me and each update constantly leaves me with the feeling of wanting more, I for one can't wait for that next update to drop. The story is appealing to me, the characters do have their own sense of individuality, OH and the sex scenes are great, I like the growth and progression of each advancement within the game.

Excellent game.

The content is both instant and constant. Unlike some other "story-based" games there is no waiting until you get to the good parts. And the content is basically everywhere, there is no overwhelming dialogue for half an hour, no dry choices. This game is the perfect example of a top-tier adult VN game.

There is A LOT of variety. A LOT of scenes. I finished this game 100% which I almost never do with adult games.

Story is there. It is quite good, at least I enjoyed both the setting and the story. I read some other reviews that bash it, but I would disagree completely. It is the perfect story for an adult game. The end game is good, though it is just pure VN without any choices, but personally I enjoyed it.

The renders are great. The only characters are women (as it should always be), and the only 2 dudes are very rarely seen and are either comic-relief, used to create a setting (friend's sis or mom) or NTR which I never really felt was bad, and you can skip it fully (I am an avid NTR hater, which says a lot).

There is a gallery, there is extra content, there are animations (which are really good).

This rating has been along time coming. I mean I did one before, but it got denied......for reasons.

At first Sexbot comes off as a loveable humorous coming of age story, filled with sexy time shenanigans, however with that said if you ACTUALLY READ the dialogue and follow the sequence of events, you begin to realize there is a a deeper story here. Of which I believe will be much more evident in Phase 2.

While at first the time loop can appear daunting, if you pay attention you can begin to work out the patterns and finding out sticking with one girl at a time gets you results.

The renders, while not ultra realistic like some devs are going for, are excellent and fitting for the theme the dev is going for and the models are top notch and just about fill every fantasy niche out there and while we're on the topic the game fills a wide variety of kinks. If you don't like one, skip it and move on to the next.

Overall this is a really fun game to play. Doesn't take itself too seriously, in that the dev has fun with things, but just seriously enough to give you a good story and character development.

In summary, if you're looking to blow off some steam and enjoy a cheeky adventure with buxom babes this game is for you and you should definitely give it a go!

A top tier game by every metric in my opinion. To me, it's the perfect adult game. It has replayability, aka, you have HUNDREDS of different routes you can take, and the time travel aspect allows you to try new ones if you missed something over and over. A lot of good kinks, good animation, a decent story. A BILLION scenes. Very very good.

So this game was a lot more interesting than i thought.

STORY

Bunch of spoilers so skip ahead if you want to keep it to yourself, but honestly the story isn't all that interesting.

The premise is (somewhat) simple. You're a horny big dick nerd who is looking for a prom date. However the sex robot that you order turns out to be an experimental droid that can meddle with time and you end up redoing the same week every time, using your past decisions to gain permanent stats which allows you to see more scenes and see different content every time you restart the week.

The story itself is pretty stupid and clearly has a comedic/parody nature to it, but it's really not a big problem at all, it's merely a pretext for the sex stuff to happen.

I do think the characters are quite good overall tho. You get a bunch of everything (MILF, shortstack, Secret crush, popular school girl, etc...) and there is a nice bit of variety overall. While personally i don't feel any of them to be particularly memorable, they do their job very well in fulfilling the types and tropes for the lewd scenes.

GAMEPLAY

Generally, i'm very wary of short game loops where you have to replay it 30 times to see all the scenes since it cause a LOT of content to be repeated over and over and make it boring. Now to be fair, it's clear the dev has made efforts to reduce this repetitiveness by including a massive amount of scene variations and different routes to take, so it's not something you'll get straight away.

But it will happen later on in the mid to endgame section, so you'll be pressing a lot of CTRL to skip stuff you already seen a dozen time. I believe it's one of the key factor as to why i completely lost interest in the story elements; seeing it over and over is just jarring.

The inclusion of an in-game tracker that provide clear, concise information on how to progress each character (Requirements, who, where, when, etc...) is a MASSIVE help. Without it, it would be an endless quest of clicking stuff until you find the right combination.

LEWD STUFF

This is where the game shines. The sex scenes are GREAT and there is a lot of variety to it, with many touching all kinds of rare kinks (Inflation, lactation, rough sex, etc...). Combined with excellent animations, plenty of poses and expressions, they are very exciting and well made. Plus, there is A LOT of it. So kudos, this part of the game is amazing.

You also get them really quite regularly, it's not of those game where the sexy stuff happens every odd hour or so.

CONCLUSION

So yeah. It's definitely a good game with plenty of sexy stuff and a surprisingly well-made (For a short game loop) gameplay loop, but the plot and story get lost very easily and can get massively confusing. So at the mid to end game i was like "Yeah, she is the mom, she's pissy about something, let's move on".

Definitely worth a try tho. If you don't mind constantly repeating the same content over the end game you'll probably love this.

Hands down one of the coolest games I've played. It's fun and doesn't take itself too seriously.

Story was pretty boring if you can call it a stoy its very very simple, as for the robot its just a bimbo fat tits fat ass looks like shit so that part dident do anything for me either but then i dont have a big tit fetish like most apprently have since thats a must to like this one, i was hoping you had some choices in how the robot would turn out but as for build you dont, you can give it wings and tails and shit but its just meh

MC is the standard loser nerd which can be fun to play but it dident do much for me in this one.

Theres also no romance or build-up with anyone so game lack emotions and you wont feel anything for anyone which also makes any NTR pointless if you thought like i did, i would just say sure fuck her all day long then maybe i wont be forced to....so yeah it clearly just wasent a game for me.

The only real reason ill give this 2 stars is due to the animations, they are really nice even though girls can look pretty ugly at some points.

Music is pretty decent nothing special but suits the game ok.

Not gonna lie, I started this game with low expectations. Happy to report they were wrong. This game has a semi-linear "looping" gameplay (you'll understand what I mean when you play it) that really pops. Rather than your standard "line 'em up and slam them all" harem game, this introduces new girls, and additional options / hangouts, as the story unfolds through its looping base mechanic. Frankly addictive and entertaining, especially if you get all the references. Overall, would recommend highly.

Great game, gameplay and story being a sci-fi groundhog day, good 3D models, a consistent story, some fun humor.

The only little hic I have is with the male models (archetype of the nerds is really strong) but it adds to the settings and they are rather easy to get used to in the end, changes from the bland MC we can have at least.

I can only recommend the game

Story/Plot: On point for the target audience.
Characters: Sexy and Slutty
Art/Graphics: Perfect. Love the lingerie, pantyhose, etc., POV, it speaks to several fetishes - feet, legs, boobs, ass, face fuck,...
Gameplay: It kept me engaged. I actually replayed week, after week, after week, in order to unlock all scenes. I never do this.
Writing: Great, good English, just enough, funny, and on point for the target audience.

I really hope the development doesn't stagnate.
And, of course, can't wait to see more from the developer.

Sexbot definitely isn't going for realism in any way, but is really fun if you're willing to play along!

The only criticism I might have is that some characters get a lot more scenes than others, but I assume that'll be addressed in future updates.

Excellent comedy game in the style of a nerd from the old days

There are too many fun moments and also a lot of sexual content, there are fetishes for everyone, developer worked hard to please everyone.

Hot girls and sexy milfs, what else do you need for entertainment?
for many this may seem difficult, since you are always sent back to correct the future and prevent bad moments, we are waiting for further updates!

Masterpiece! Amazing characters and storyline. Would be great if some relationship/progress indicators would be added to the ui and maybe some additional gameplay during the sex scenes. Otherwise its great as is. Keep it up and thank you!

Good Points
+ In most of the scenes girls/women look hot, but the game has some consistency problems and there are a lot of scenes they do look unattractive as well.
+ The game has a kind of funny sense of humor with some references from certain movies, etc.
+ Sex scenes have animations and a lot of positions/angles.

Bad Points
- While the story-telling sometimes feels funny, the loop thing and doing the nearly same things over and over again is quite repetitive.
- The game lacks choices and different outcomes come with that choices, as a player you have nearly no choice over the story, and it's a very bad point.
- Girls/Women don't have enough variety, nearly all of them have lust-type of developments and relationships with MC, so the game lacks romance developments and love-interest type of girls/women.
- Most of our content is just base stuff like some striptease, dry-humping, HJ, BJ, TJ, etc. Most of the scenes are cockblocking scenes with a lot of teasing, but with no finish, and it's quite unsatisfying.
- This game's visual quality and animations are quite inconsistent... In most scenes, visual quality looks like 720p, animations don't have enough FPS, and animated sex scene positions/angles look bad. And weirdly again some of them look very good like the prom day Alexa sex scene, that scene had very good visual quality with very good animations and with good FPS value, and a lot of different positions.
- Like animation quality art style feels inconsistent as well, sometimes girls/women look hot, and sometimes they look kind of too edgy and unattractive.
- Intentionally or not some features sometimes work and sometimes don't works like the rollback feature, and it's a quite bad choice to make considering it's one of the known and convenient features of the Renpy game engine.
- The game not informs player well enough about certain stuff and don't have invisible barriers either, and thanks to that you can block and can't open certain scenes/events, but can't figure out what's the problem and have to ask in game page, etc. Ashley date event is a great example for this, for opening that event you need to open Emily Hangout Option by progressing with Emily, but the game tells nothing about this.
-Daphne's is manipulative and cringy person with pretty annoying content.
- Melvin and every scene he is in is good enough to count as a very bad point, especially seeing the exact same scenes with Melvin over and over again on the last day of the loop and having no choice to change the outcome is quite bad, and the v1.0 group prom content being straight-up terrible, like there is literally no logical explanation about why they didn't take nor destroy the Lexxx's glasses or why Alexa didn't use her Amazon form like before for overpowering Lexxx instead of risking family members? It almost feels like writers forget what they had written before and created a plot hole for just writing this outcome.
- With 1.4 we saw years passed after the incident, learned existence of Neuro-Virus, saw whole world is now controlled by Ama-zone, become a wasteland, everyone become slaves of Empress, MC is last free human remained in the world, trying to find a cure for Neuro-Virus and trying to fix the box to go back past and fix the things. Approach was more serious and even little bit romantic with how MC was acting depressed, asking questions to Alexa like ''I love you Alexa, but I can't stop thinking about 'can machines really love?''' or things like that. But same time that still doesn't change how nonsense it is all these things happened was part of the future MC and Alexa's plan. And like these are not poorly-written enough MC had to jump obvious trap (and as a player we had no choice again OFC) and get stabbed from his chest! And after getting healed he and Alexe gone to the exact same damn thing leading world apocalypse! Imagine coming from the future, having time travel power, yet not knowing or not creating any plan to stop world getting destroyed and just coming the past to say your past selfs to do exact same mistakes... Writers trying so hard to keep the loop is one of things makes this game writing shitty, what they should have done was remaking that terrible group content and fixing things with 1.4 content and stop the loop, but sadly this is how things are... Now we started another loop, but this time with more experienced MC who saw the ending of the world, or you might think that, but after some scenes in first day Alexa told MC she is going to delete his memory or it could prevent him from doing ''bla bla'' yeah exactly, that's how we should trait nonsense this game throws us, ''bla bla'' and aside that we have some little changes like Lexxx not having visor, or Mai getting curves with the project she was working on it, etc. But we are exactly where we are, one week before the prom like before.

It's a solid game that makes a very conscious point of not taking itself seriously.

Everything is bombastic, the characters are over the top and the situations just don't make sense. But the game plays out with not a care in the world. If the game doesn't take itself seriously, why should you treat it any different? It plays like a story in the vein of Porkey's and Animal House. The tongue is in cheek firmly so just enjoy it.

Visually it's a lovely game where everyone is slightly exaggerated just in case you were under any illusions about the type of game it is.

In terms of downsides, there's a few but really nothing worth getting knickers in a twist over. The looping nature of the game is such that there's a LOT of repetition. That's fine early doors but once you've done the same scene about 15 times....... you slap that skip text button so hard.... it's also a HORRID game to play without a walkthrough. The looping leads to a ton of permutations. I can't even begin to think what it would be like to play without one. A WT should be a crutch, it should never be mandatory.

Also I get there's an in game explanation as to why, but really the way the game plays out I'm left wondering whether the MC actually needs the help to get a date to prom. Even without Alexa's guiding hand he's actually doing not bad for himself.

All in all excellent but it feels like the type of game you'll play then just forget about for a few years till there's a ton of updates then you can power through it all again once you've forgotten bits.

Awesome game, I love the art style, the girls are great, the flow of the story goes well and is funny, it ties well with each comeback so even if you have to repeat a few things after a while it's worth it for every new scene you get, I get happy every time a new update comes out!

It’s an AVN based on a timeloop, providing ample opportunity for sexual hijinks for the MC as he tries to find someone to take to prom.

The problem is that the progression can be frustrating if you’re just interested in the ‘main story’ because you’re going t the same loop with another female cast member and earn your way to penetration.

Another problem is the replayability. Here, the choices matter buts it’s not clear what choices you need to make to progress to the next cycle. So it can become quite frustrating because certain scenes only unlock after meeting certain conditions.

The dev has created an accompanying flowchart, but the choices branch in such a complex way that I still did not produce the outcome I wanted after following it.

The sexual content is solid, with various fetishes touched upon. The sex scenes themselves aren’t well animated, but come with plenty ahegao crazy orgasm faces.

Visually, the game looks dated and the dev’s attempt to customise the base Daz assets have characters looking samey. But it is serviceable for the jokey hijinks story it’s telling. Early ‘chapters’ in the loop look quite rough with odd render issues here or there. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t really improve in the renders department.

It’s refreshing if you want an MC that’s not the big dick chaddicus you find in most AVNs.
