Name as always is localization team invention. As it is common with Miel games. Original name "無双の孕ませオナホ騎士団 ～強い牝を淫紋術で屈服させてエロ酷いことやりたい放題の絶対忠誠ハーレムを作る！～"
translates to something akin to "Knightly order of invincible Impregnation Onaholes, Using erotic techniques to subdue strong women and create absolutely loyal harem"
The title is to grab attention and it worked. The JP title is basically just a detailed description as is usual with eroge released there.

Westerners love cheesy puns. The title "Sexcalibur: Knights of the Pound Table" immediately put a smile on my face.

That's just the average LN title. Anyone who read Japanese LN would be pretty used to something like that.
One of the reason why I really dislike English localization is their tendency to add jokes, puns, out of place modern dictionary, memes, and slangs.
This is the Chinese localized title:
骑士团长怀孕了
It roughly translates to "Knight Commander Impregnation"
It's simple, and does not deviate from the story, without having to add humorous nature.
Another example, this game got localized as: Ghost Girl Ghussy.
This is the Chinese localized title:
我被巨乳鬼魂袭击了
Translates to "I was attacked by a busty ghost"
My point is, I won't accept the "It's unlocalizable because of the lengthy light novel title" excuse. Chinese Cherry Kiss localization team manages to do it, why can't the English ones do the same?
Yes, Nukige is not an high art, even more for the one that was made by Miel, but doesn't mean localizers are allowed to rewrite it into whatever they want because they think "it's funny."
I'm just going to accept #30 and #32 statement at a face value. Maybe it's just cultural differences. I'm not a westerner so I'm not a fan of the "everything has to be meme-y and comedic" sentiment. I prefer the simple, faithful, albeit boring localization my countrymen does.

I think its peak title naming .
A bit overkill but it turn into an artform .
And the Sexcalibur-game is just simple , direct and explains everything you can be hyped for .
...and inspirational .
