I recommend not using real porn pics, they tend to be very limiting in content due to having to find the same actors doing the things you want.
The initial premise is kinky and great, but games that use real porn look always pretty amateur and low grade quality. You should lear how to make renders, if you don´t know already. You could make a great game with this initial premise and even make some good money.

It's illegal for you to use copyrighted material without the consent of the original copyright holder in any way, especially if you have set up a Patreon and you are basically profiting off of someone else's work, i suggest you either cease creating such games immediately or atleast shut off your patreon and do it for no profit, otherwise you are liable to being sued.

Mate, it's not so difficult. If the content you want to use is legally copyrighted by someone else, you MUST acquire the legal rights or authorisation of the original owner of the copyright to use it.
It's unlikely that you'll be sued for everything that you have, but if Blizzard sent C&D letters to porn SFM creators, then you must be aware that getting into trouble is always a possibility.

guys i got tired of reading all the negative comments in this post, you are all going against me because you think that i will gain something .. i thought you might like the idea but i understand that you don't care so i will tell you what you want to be said: "For copyright reasons I have removed all the images from my demo and the game that I am developing will never be published, only I will play, the people who contacted me in the pm who appreciate the game and some friends of mine" I create a discord server soon and I invite all who contact me.
