Partially agree - the game obviously needs to grow somehow, but only do it competently and accurately. There is no need to add NTR in any aspect (where do so many fans of this shit come from?), but what the game definitely could use is pregnancy and sex content related to it. It is also possible to add a couple of optional shemale characters, but here a lot depends on the competent implementation of this idea - in other games there are very cool examples, and there are not so much.

BEWARE they want to cuck us!!!!, sorry had to say lol, but at least from reading the main quest of the game it seems pregnancy is planned, the character talks about a ritual that willl make the girls belly be like a pregnancy and she will "birth magic into the world", you can see at the end of shinigami quest.

I specifically noted that it should be "optional". In addition, everything will depend on the implementation, i personally am not at all attracted to explicitly "gay" things either, but there are successful examples from other games that were very interesting and attractive. Well, the mc should stay on TOP, of course.
In addition, these are just empty talk, with a high probability the dev will not add anything radically new to his game (why should he try and work?) and he will simply continue to milk his patrons.

I dont remember a game where adding ladyboys actually improved the experience for its players, in fact, I can only think of cases where the opposite happened. In the end the futa stuff is borderline gay so it is very niche, so niche that, as you say, it would have to be made optional to not put off a huge chunk of the audience, just like ntr. So if most people are not going to enjoy that content, why add it?. Especially so late into the game.
I really hope they don't go that route, they should be wraping this one out instead and thinking of a satisfying conclusion for this game, then continue with the other one.
