I did the change in the file per instructions but when I restarted the game their was no change, still unable to ask Lisa for a job.

There's plenty of post that say how to configuration console. in renpy/common/00console.rpy, change the line config.console = False to config.console = True and restart the game

I made the change to file using notepad, then restarted the game and still unable to ask Lisa for job

If you have written this in console
lisState=3
rooEvents=1
Then go to the mall and ask the guy again, you won't be able to ask lisa but the first change change the variable as if ou had asked her.

Jane and Jade quest says Keep progressing with Dr. Johnson, Dr. Johnson's quest says to go to her office in the afternoon. But nothing is happening when I go there, she just asking about if I make an appointment.

Belle's quest says to go to the school in the morning ind nothing is happening too

normally i would rate this game on a scale of 10 about an 8-8.5 which is really good for me especially since all the chicks are overly thick (not exactly my taste) and its practically all milf's( again not exactly my taste) and the main protag is just abeanpole kid (again not exactly taste. its severely overplayed and i prefer confident capable male protags not little bitches) and in spite of that i would still rate it that high........but....the one absolute thing that drops said rank to like...barely a 3.....is because of the step mom...i have an absolute hatred of woman like that and the fact there wasn't an option to flp the script and put her sorry ass in her place or on her ass to the curb/floor and the main protag is forced to call her master.......that just 100% killed this game for me.

What worked for me is going to the Pet Store and talking to the guy behind the counter. Only talk to him ONCE!!! If you talk to him again I think it sets his state forward and lock you again.
If that happens you should be able to set his state back with the console, but if you haven't talked to him yet, just talk to him once, then go to the therapy office in the afternoon right after.

The game has two bugs; the solution is to change variables with the editor or console, as mentioned in several posts.

Jane Quest; when you're looking for a job.

Game should be port to use python3, it still uses python 2.7.x what's very buggy and unmaintaned..
It also adds advantage to uses newest version renpy engine,while 7.x renpy supports still python 2.7 in 8.x version dropped python 2.7 support...
