?

I support any dev, financially or otherwise who provides a game for free, in their own free time.

Clearly you never contributed.

Its not always about the money and if you give money, its on you, nobody else. You decided to contribute (which is great if you actually did) but its not on him/her, its on you.

I never contribute expecting to recieve. I contribute to "support" them regardless and to thank them for their efforts up to that point.

If they continue to produce content, then thats even better. If they stop, then I'll still chip in if I can and want to, its easy really.

I dont think its like a Netflix plan... lol
Agreed.

A lot of people get confused about contributions. They think its the same as actually commissioning the dev for work they paid for.. Its not really like that, at least thats how a lot of us feel.

If it takes 5 years, seems fine to me... TBH, id rather get good content and stable and wait 9 months (which I think it actually is) than have crap turned out which is about 50% of stuff that gets shared..

Quite enjoyed the update tbh.... If people dont like it, then dont bother with it and move on.... :)

Lol I love the simps on this site. "Hey don't bother the "dev" (fancy word for nerd with little real experience except making a game). Just throw $5000 a month a them and wait 6 months for 5 or 10 minutes content. Make sure you act grateful too for that content!". These guys probably sub to OnlyFans too lol. They're not homeless people you gave 5$ too. I don't care what the homeless do if I give them money. A person making a game and accepting money usually has some responsibility to actually do it in a reasonable time. They're not telling people "hey want to give me money while I piss around for months doing basically nothing??". No, they're advertising that they're making playable content. If people give them money it will help them work on it more is their basic argument. Dev's disappearing for 6 months and returning with 5 minutes of content are grifting if they are taking money to make the game. But go ahead and simp for them.

I'm going to download it and write a positive comment about the update just to piss the haters off.

So has anyone figured out what to do about the Doctor? It's says to talk to her in her office in the afternoon but it never progresses. I thought it maybe it was the end of her progress but she still has two scenes I haven't unlocked yet. Is it just fucked until we get another update in a year?

Totally worth downloading...

Next time support a dev, dont just create/use a new separate F95 account to troll....
As you can see under my lack of an avatar, I joined F95 in 2019 and I also supported JamLiz on Patreon for several months if not a year+. I stopped supporting when the frequency of updates slowed to under 3 solid updates a year. The quality of previous updates have been great with the addition of new characters, developing content tracks for existing characters that didn't have any, and pushing new artwork for older content. This update simply does not live up to the quality of previous updates.

If people give them money it will help them work on it more is their basic argument. Dev's disappearing for 6 months and returning with 5 minutes of content are grifting if they are taking money to make the game. But go ahead and simp for them.
This, basically. It's your money, waste it if you want.
