Not yet. That post that the link in the OP takes you? That may be old but is actually being updated each time an update drops. It says its currently being updated. So you just have to wait a bit more.
is it the same game in a compressed file or a "lighter" version of the game?

The new scenes looks much better. Damn, some real improvements.
Check the SexNote and see what it says for Mrs Jones, I was missing a Shinigami event so it said "Keep progressing with Brixxida", in which case you will likely need to find the other Shinigamis.

Well for me its saing go to church nothing more. All others is thats all for this version....
Maybe beforer 13.2 we need to get 13.1? And public for 13.1 is in week time? Or 13.2 have already 13.1 content?

From what I can tell, there is no system (yet at least). Just a singular side character winding up pregnant at the end of a route.
