completely agree and I'll be dropping my financial support for the dev as well.....this trend of a Patreon paywall is getting out of hand
You are a supporter so you have no problem with the paywall and want to cancel your membership so you HAVE problems with the paywall? In which universe does it make sense?

idc if i pay, i have a problem with the paywall epidemic.....i can freely choose to quit paying if i dont agree with something a dev is doing....like all of us do

I'm not a Windows user, but it's my impression that the crack isn't something that customized for each game. If you were to go to the discussion thread for Netorase Phone, there's a Windows crack posted in the discussion thread (do a search) that comes with instructions. If you're willing to give that a try, it might work.
The workaround for Android is pretty simple and straightforward, and as soon as a version leaks somewhere I'm gonna give that a try. Two words . . . Airplane Mode.
The audacity to not wait for the public release, you're acting like he has no public releases. Just be patient. The world isn't gonna end any time soon. There's a ton other games to keep you occupied.
all that's asked is to respect the dev enough to wait for the public release, there's no paywall. Paywall means that there's no other way to access the game other than paying.
edit: turns out i'm wrong. It is a paywall, but not of the bad kind provided there's proper timelines with the public release.

Nope, I never cried for a "hero" and never will. And I never complained when we had to wait a bit for the public release. So no: I'm no "pirate". I'm not humiliating myself by celebrating an addiction to porn games and call me a rebel the same time.
