You have to select to level it up, select with the arrows or WASD and press enter, it will level it up.

how is pregnancy handled? we've got contraception, so I assume that there's some kind of preg content.

this game is meh.. a lot of stuff but rushed,
there's no clear develpement just i'll do it, you easily pass from 0 to 100,
achievements are totally random, you can get the meat urinal even tho you are still virgin,
the dev forgot some lines here and there about anal virginity, develpment happen notheless,
limited time to get the ending and the one i got make no sense (concluded as virgin but fucking with brother),
there is a lot of time wasting and the requirements of some events are not clear,
no clue on how to access on some events (for exemple streamer),
fishing is uselss since you can't sell the fish you got (there is a random event but is just groping),
CG are fine but limited so you often see the same one,
take is a scene collector cause there's no plot whatsoever..

as another person said you have to upgrade manually,
as for the brother is a weekend event only at night, when morality decrease to at least 20% (i think) you will unlock the sex scene (always at night in the bed), be careful tho cause if you start the event this will effect the ending (no matter the progression)

for this i think you need to click the rank that capped. you need to use keyboard for this section. The maximum of the rank is A. And also the picture on the right will change every raising level rank. So notice that every change

currently i'm redoing the mlt translation, hopefully the next mlt update is bug free
but at the moment if you encounter any issues do share and i'll do quick fixes whenever i can

your review got removed cause is basically only about the translation, it is bad? yes, but good enough to understand the context, i'm not sure how you are unable to, i have not such problem and I'm not even native english speaker..

is there any walkthrough / guide, for the relationships you can pick and choose?
personally i wish to pick who the heroine gets along with, manually.
no rape, no gangbang, no bad ending, no brothel, no decadence. i need a walkthrough
edit: okay so .......... i think i am kind of speed running the entire game ... i am doing a "girls only" run.
already bedded the nurse, already slept with Miyu , and now i have no idea how to win over Hina .. i need a step by step guide how to win over Hina.
i'm not sure if it's because i bought the "amulet" item, but so far Nozomi has been rescued from 2 possible rape events.
is there really no other girls' events other than , the nurse, miyu and hina??
from what i can easily figure out, the game's premise is heavily focused on rape, gangbang, molestation, and groping..
i KNOW i could just unlock the entire gallery from the get go. and most likely the ending i'm going after is "dating miyu"
from all the CGI gallery i only unlocked around 6 or 7 ... but at least i unlocked them, without being afraid of getting raped! according to the premise, the game ends in 30 days, i'm already at day 13.
so ............... how do i bed Hina?
i am also interested in how to bed Yuta .. even though i tried talking to him many times.. it's all pointless.. can't trigger his scene.

I did not only talk about the MTL, but yes, it was removed because of that.
And I know, it's not unplayable in the sense that you don't know what you are supposed to do (though reading the other comments, it appears that many are having a hard time). But there are many sentences that makes absolutely no sense, to the point of ruining the whole experience. That's what I mean by unplayable.
i accept almost ANY KIND of machine translation; as long as it makes the game playable.
