It's messy, but if I recall correctly, you need to set up your screen size on settings. Don't recall which and I don't have these games installed since I switched PC's. But I remember there were TWO DIFFERENT SETTINGS, one was pregame, in the same screen and one after the game enters the start menu. When you start the game there is I believe like a picture that says to press a button or click to start. And then it starts on the same screen. So there's some settings on that pre-game start, and others after start.

I DON'T mean the screen where it let's you start the game, change difficulty, change heroine. I mean THE OTHER ONE previous to that one.

I'm 90% positive you changed that in the pre-game settings. Not the game settings.

The only way I know to open the PREGAME settings I believe is restarting the game

I don't have it, at least not at hand but I did post it on the abandoned hospital thread. remember, it was incomplete, that was just where I got to before getting stuck. I think I actually restarted and unlocked one or two more scenes after before getting stuck again. So there's not much difference. If you ever complete it, please PLEASE do share it.

Bro, is the save issue fix already on this thread?

I remembered playing this one but every time i quit, the save does not work and I keeps resetting my progress.

Also, thanks for having this discussion on this thread. Sexy3D games are such rare gems and only few are translated.

You probably having this issue check location of save file.... If it's not there creat folder and then put your save data on that folder.

Specific Folder name, the folder you see in the img is sexy3d games and there folder so just name them as wht you see.

Wait till i download all and check them, man until then don't download.... I am not Japanese so idk what's the problem but it's mostly likely name alternation... Thou idk how to fix it since idk original file names in game
