Steam when through 3 phases that i know of, first the "heres a place to sell your games" phase then the "we're gonna start regulating what games we sell to avoid angering the sex is nono people" and finally the "fine just do what you want i dont care anymore im just gonna go read some articles asking wheres half life 3 or something"
