Your question is vague as it can refer to many things. I'll try and answer the two most likely possibilities. The game is being updated and it's currently in the 37 version. Why are there no update on this site? The developer doesn't do public NSFW versions it seems. Thus we rely on active patrons leaking new versions. None have done so recently, hence no new updates.

This is the official release of SA v37.
There are new sex scenes with your Milf and some hidden items
You can also change character names and relationships by using the computer in your bedroom.
Here are some install hints for all of the new Patrons:
- extract the compressed folder (or open the APK file) and then run the game
- this game will automatically detect your save files from previous versions
- I carefully error check all of my games, so hopefully there aren't any issues
