As you can see in the Steam page that you linked it says upcoming, so this game is not released yet. Also on the first post of this thread I mention this game under Upcoming Releases, with an unknown release date.

Yes but here we are interested in translated versions, so the global version is the one that will be released soon. Content will be the same though with the version that you shared.

Well, I played it but didn’t notice any achievements. I usually don’t bother checking those. You can try turning your internet connection off and on while playing. If it still doesn’t work, let us know and I’ll try to find another crack.
