Yes but here we are interested in translated versions, so the global version is the one that will be released soon. Content will be the same though with the version that you shared.

Well, I played it but didn’t notice any achievements. I usually don’t bother checking those. You can try turning your internet connection off and on while playing. If it still doesn’t work, let us know and I’ll try to find another crack.

This works only if the crack you are using saves progress in Goldberg folder.
Go to Change:
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg
SteamEmu Saves\settings
Open 'user_steam_id'
change it to 76561199169797480.
Then go to this location -
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Storytaco\MilkGame
Replace 'SavesDir' -

It used to work before, maybe they changed a few things. These are Unity games, so they don’t work like normal VNs. You can only skip dialogue after you’ve gone through the scene once. There are guides on Steam to help you complete the game 100%.

I have tried turning off and on, not working. I think it's detecting steam achievement. Well dont worry, no need to find another crack, it's just for the special true ending, but I already seen it and it's just not worth it hahaha
On Steam it says upcoming, how do you know this game is releasing tomorrow?

Saw it on a FMV Discord server. The server owner has a YouTube channel, so game devs contact them to promote or test their games. That’s how they get info before everyone else.
anyone have try "fell in love with doctors" link and play it?? when i try and play it, the game have missing scene.
