The last post on Patreon is a preview, so I am guessing it's not out yet.
I am looking forward to a solid release by AbyssGames, then a bunch of whining about milking and 'not worth the time' posts right after.
It's been 52 days since last release? and this chapter is bigger than chapter 1+2+3 combined. I hope that's not considered milking

It was a satirical statement about those that complain about the tiniest thing, like if a dev doesn't make the game fast enough for their desires.
It wasn't supposed to be out by now. The official release date is Sunday, though in the last Patreon post Abyss said that he's pretty confident about releasing it today. That doesn't mean it's guaranteed.
