But sometimes it can be nice to just relax, sit back and be taken on a ride. I know the fact that there are no choices in the game are it's biggest downside, but just like a nice movie or a series, it can be nice to see how things unfold.
I would actually disagree that the lack of choices is a negative for this game
If you were to add choices, it would either be small choices (basically alternate scene, like doggystyle vs missionary sex), which just add a bit more development time and really don't change the game at all, or major choices which actually change the direction of the game
Now, the issue with these major choices is twofold
First, it would add a lot of extra development time for the team (in a way that would probably take more and more time, the further the game progresses, because of how far apart each path would be), meaning either shorter updates (less content per path) or longer wait between updates
Second, and this is something that I think many people are missing, is that most people aren't going to play each different path in the game. they'll find the one they're interested in, and mostly play that
This means that even though you might release overall the same amount of content, the average player will see only the portion in the path they're playing, which would seem like they're getting less content
So overall, I don't think the lack of options is a negative impact on this game, and I wouldn't be worried about that if I were you
The team is doing amazing work, and telling the story that it wants to tell, with the original vision in mind
No need to have another long debate whether this game is Netori, NTR, NTS or some amalgamation of them
