Hey guys,

While I'm slaving away on this Chapter, I thought I'd share some behind the scenes of how I create an image with the help of photoshop. A lot more work goes into creating images than you'd first think, but it has to be done in order to achieve the quality I want to go for.

Other than that, I've also been editing music, animating backgrounds, ect...

I'm really happy with my workflow at the moment and all the skills I've learned along the way to truly create a product I'm proud of!

The scene with Kate had to happen for plot reasons which you'll see in Chapter 7. I know two back to back sex scenes can feel much and overwhelming.

Really enjoying the story and art. I know extremely little about AI art production, but just enough to know that an incredible amount of effort is still necessary to maintain the quality you're putting out.

I'm a huge fan of Kate, but have one question. Not in any way asking you to adjust the story, but the only actual kink that I can't vibe with is evil. I hope that Kate is more chaotic than evil. Chaotic is my favorite. I love troublesome, difficult, challenging, especially to the MC, even competitive characters/LIs but under it they have to at least actually be someone that cares about the characters or at least doesn't actively try to harm them.

My question is, please let me know if she is evil. Spoiler tag will do so as not to give it away to anyone else and not a single plot point is necessary, just literally the alignment tag is all I'm asking. I understand if you don't want to answer, it's obviously a spoiler, so I will try to explain better why I would even ask and what I mean by 'evil' alignment:

Also, I'm not sure if this would be a popular opinion but just going to put it out there that a behind the scenes on the development process, tools used, etc, even just a live stream (although I have no idea where you could stream this kind of content creation, maybe Discord) those are things that I'd pay for, and might be a good way to additionally monetize your work. I've long wanted to get into AI art and even modelling, mostly just to make personal mods and things and I'd eat up the chance to see how an creator whose work I already admire goes about the workflow. I imagine that would be a less unpopular interest than my "no-evil" kink.

I actually "PREFER" when there are some evil characters in the mix (especially when they are female) when everybody is all nice and its all sunshine and rainbows thats super boring. I love evil female characters an Evil Exec character is super hot which is why ive been waiting for something to happen with the MC's evil boss. She's super sexy due to the fact that shes ruthless and willing to do whatever she has to to accomplish her goals. And I love the dynamic of a love-hate relationship between 2 lovers it becomes like a sex competition between them and thats also super hot. So I completely disagree with the guy above and Im telling you to make as many evil female characters as you want cause im sure there are alot more people like me who find that hot lol.

Yeah, believe it or not that was the short version, lol. Stories generally do not work without evil aligned characters. I'm referring specifically to the 'surprise! you're actually evil' and horrible stuff happens to you because of it. It's a bit more nuanced to explain.

In this case, I like Kate (I also like Olivia who I think you were referring to) and I disagree with the MC's reactions to her, but was getting the impression that the intent is she is evil because of the way the MC reacts to her. So, basically if you like a character but don't realize she's actually the villain, your "surprise payoff" of basically evil things happening to them like them getting killed off for being evil will be not the payoff you were hoping for.

I know I'm late to the party but wanted to give this a try. Been seeing it in the latest updates a few times, so thought I'd finally check it out. Saw the dev was planning on adding choices so it won't be kinetic anymore, mostly interested in the choices being added retroactively so we have more control over the story as a whole. Once I saw that, I got more interested and figured I'd familiarize myself with it.

Though of course, a few things bugged me lol.

So yeah, sorry for all that. Just stuff that bugged me lol. Otherwise, story seems good. Other characters are interesting and enjoyable enough. Just little nitpicks that drive me batty is all. This is why I don't play kinetic novels lol. But you're planning on adding choices, so figured I'd give it a chance at least.

Either way, looking forward to when choices get added, both new and retroactively and thanks.

IIRC there's been some internal discussion about adding a couple choices earlier on, but they certainly won't come any time super soon. At the very least it would be after the next chapter, if not even later than that.
