when's the public release?

It has yet to work its way down the patreon tiers which get it on successive days I think. Normal practice for the public is a week or two I think.
Often enough a patron... breaks decorum? and shares it ahead of the official release but I wouldn't hold my breath this time around since everyone seems stuck in a vicious cycle of making a mess and cleaning it up.
