I mean, that is literally the thing i have said? I don't remember saying "The game won't have dark skinned characters" since it already has. I said it won't have bbc or cuckolding themes, which i assume is right.This game will by no means have any kind of "BBC Superiority". That doesn't mean there aren't characters such as Liam or Rhea as I think having a diverse cast is important!

Rhea is in the upcoming update, though not in a huge way.
Also to answer your other question, she might at some point to things with a black guy but given both her boyfriend and Luke and the majority of the male cast in general are white... it's not something that will happen any time soon anyway. She's not one of the main cast, but I'm glad people like her I went through so many possible looks for her... some of them far more original, but Yoruichi is just such a classic that I wanted to use her as a base.
