I didn't steal any art style. I didn't create Stable Diffusion or the checkpoint models...
Good thing you brought up a game, that's also using an art style by another creator. Don't see you complaining about that.
You're comparing apple to pears. You're not disproving any of my points, you're just throwing a childish tantrum.
I have a suggestion for you, leave this thread and ignore this game's development. It's clearly not for you.
But you're right... Quality? Imagine doing post processing on images and fixing all the inconsistencies...

People look at it from a wrong perspective, look at it this way, you got the same bakery pumping out chocolate cakes, theyre the exact same with different garnishes, instead of complaining that its the same shit pick which cake you enjoy the most instead of constantly bitching.
Ethical side of AI usage can be discussed all day, but anyone with basic knowledge of AI art should be able to tell dev is putting a lot of effort to renders. You simply can't get these results just with AI and there is some photoshop (Or some other tool) involved in this.
Also you are complaining (sometimes rightfully) that updates take too long. Abyss releases update every single month. This is simply not possible with original art or daz3d renders. It is simply not. So is using AI really ethical? Maybe not, i don't know. But is Abyss putting effort to correct AI's mistakes and releasing a new update every single month? Yes he is. So i guess i will stick to him.
