The landlady in this one reminds me of the landlady in DOD, which is a good thing in my opinion.
I just think this VN needs a few changes to be spot on, like the option to change the text box background (slider) and minor things like that.
I'd like to give a dev a few suggestions if he's open to it.

idk, I'm kinda skeptical. All that talk with friends about moms and the fact that goddess of Lust got both son and mom. MC in the hospital to show mom what will happen to MMC if she disobeys. I think it will turn out to be multiprotag, mom's POV getting groped/fucked/swapped/shared and MMC allowing it or being constant cockblock. My expectations are low for now. Have to wait and see.
