Perhaps you should try it and get the fetish big. I can't speak for others, especially online, but the biggest group of folk that I have seen admit to this kind of race play are white men. Interesting game idea. Reminds about Scars of Summer. Definitely need a UI improvement to see current stats. Also in dialogues character portraits often not standardized, some half body some just bust on screen at same time.

If someone could provide me with a save right before the supposed "anal" scene i would appreciate it, seeing as trying to play this games with the slow everything almost game me an aneurysm.
