It's unlikely he will get his patreon page back, normally they wouldn't outright remove his account but "revise" it. Since they immediatly removed it completely Patreon won't compromise it seems.
I also think subscribestar is better but i don't know if his revenue will be the same compared to patreon. Hopefully it will, subscribestar is generally more tolerant compared to patreon.
