I'm having the same problem. Whether it's on the Cuckold route or Blackmail, I have this big ass and I've clicked about forty times on each choice and all over the image without anything happening to move forward.

Yeah, I think that happened on cheat route, so it's the same on all 3 routes. Still no idea how to progress.

I figured it out. My save is broken, I forgot I even loaded it in the first place. When I started a new game, it worked.
