Hey there. Not sure if someone already reported this but the scene in downtown st. gangs with the 2 guys wanting to drug you is bugged for me. Both in my save as well in a new game. If you pretend to swallow the pill(cunning) then you get an error if you "go with the flow".

Tried out this new combat system. Fought a couple of junkies in the Harbor dark alley.
I'm assuming you're not supposed to be able to loot their hands off of them once you defeat them?

When working on the stroll, Waiting for 30 minutes does not actually advance time. Moreover, you can continue working there even if your energy has dropped to zero

Nope, you can only fill it up manually. Idk why i didn't think of it, will add.
I once sold about 40 drug shipments to the Distributor at once and got something like 300-400 heat from it, but there was no instant arrest or anything. The icon turned red and there were signs of increased surveillance all over the different districts, but I got home and went to bed and the heat dropped just fine. The 404 Bleach service helped there too.
That's cuz the heat event triggers at the bottom of the end-day passage, after all daily heat math, and heat can't exceed 100. I'll raise the heat cap - that should fix it while still allowing you to dodge heat events if you have strong enough heat reduction.
I don't think the strolls are properly working. I captured old downtown, have a pimp and 7 whores working it and have claimed it so the stroll specifically is under my control, but its not showing up as income.
I forgot to include strolls in the condition that reveals the whole end-day income breakdown, sorry. Will fix it. Everything related to stroll income will show up if you currently have either a cryptofarm, a raw-format upload, a nightclub, or a brothel.

Will the ability to invite over/interact purposefully with your accomplices be added? a bit unsatisfying at the moment that they just suddenly become unavailable outside of them utilizing their benefits at random times once hired on as members. Would be nice if you could get a morale boost or use their previous skill set like when they were contacts.
It's on the list, yeah. I'll figure something out a bit later when i have a clearer idea for it (or if i need some filler update content). I'm just not fully sure what the gameplay purpose would be besides a "morale boost", but that alone is probably enough to justify adding something, i suppose...
Honestly, I think this combat update is a misstep.
I like that it makes combat easier because I usually avoided fights before, but I think the previous combat system was better.
I think the bodyguards addition is a good one. I'd like it to be an "instant fight skip" option, though, just like how the little gizmo you get from Golddigger lets you skip the carjacking and car chase minigames.
Getting bodyguards becomes a QoL upgrade in this case, rather than something that is pretty pointless as of now, when you can take out people with a single kick-slap-slap combo.
I think i messed up by using very small stat values in combat. I didn't want to make combat simple, just easy to play, but with stats ranging from 3 to ~15 i can't ramp enemy stats too high - that would make low-combat starts awful. I want to add some hard encounters later that would give bodyguards more purpose. Hopefully once more of those are in, bodyguards will start to make more sense. I'll tweak the numbers in the next update too.
