Loving the business side, seems that the outskirts function like money traps though. Upgrading the lab is counterproductive and alcohol seems cheaper to buy legally on the market.

Few bugs:
Base salary for the chemists doesn't seem to be payed out.
Also the moonshine shipment takes 50 to create instead of the 25 stated.

Nope. And you can work in brothel only in v0.4.

What do the HP from fitness do? They don't add to combat.

Uhhh, I've been warned about this problem but for some reason i thought that everything works, i don't remember why. It's a bug, fixed in newer version.

Is there anything left to do once you've taken out all competitors?

Also, I can't open it - it's encrypted with weird stuff, maybe because of the file hosting or for some other reason. Idk! but it seems just like a broken encoding. Try to send it in archive maybe.
I've tried to reproduce your bug on my saves, and gang war works fine - math is correct, and I never changed it during updates:

so when I reached the second level of fitness it 10hp to combat but when reaching level 3 it didn't add anything again. My current total is 46 and it should be 51.

Where are spiked knuckles? I've never been able to make a melee cargo shipment cause i cant seem to find where to buy them from.

Also on 4.1 haven't been able to exchange the 2 gold bars for the Cunning increase.

so when I reached the second level of fitness it 10hp to combat but when reaching level 3 it didn't add anything again. My current total is 46 and it should be 51.

Yeah, there was some junk in whole fitness-trait macro. Fixed.

Also on 4.1 haven't been able to exchange the 2 gold bars for the Cunning increase.

Will fix in the patch. There was a typo in conditions...
Maybe I should add more ways to get knuckles though.

Yep, it works. And yeah, for some reason there’s no war progress in your save. I’ll look into it, thanks.
You can also kinda """fix""" it yourself for your save - just buy a truce and start another war, and the progress should work fine from there. But it's weird that it was a case at all...

Is it actually possible to convince someone that has the "decent person" trait to work as an escort?

You can't, yep. Honestly, I just forgot that you can’t really change someone’s morals, and I wanted to tie it to interactions with them. Well, v0.5 is gonna be about NPCs anyway, so I’ll change it there.

you should add a food system, addiction, and other stuff to spice up the survival aspect of the game. of course, not in an annoying way, adding buff status like valheim food system for example
