They didnt add the hotfix, the minigame doesn't work so i basically cut to the story after you interact with the rock. At the ending you encounter it again so i made it able to be bypassed.

Yes, collect any of the two goddess crystals and keep them till the end.

if you're still stuck at this quest or for anyone else who would like to do this quest without loading up other people's save, i would recommend using mtool, turn on the mouse teleport then tp to the girl in the basement, just interact with her then save, that should do it

Someone said that you have to see what the boss says. He says which one is drugged and which one isnt.
Although problem that at some point both gonna be poisoned and he can lie as well.

I did it on my first try basically randomly

How do i tell which one is Drugged or not.

Guys for the side quest "Hot Spring Hotel" where do I go? I fail to remember the instruction / where to go. I think it's supposed to be some kind of mountain? But it's not Kaka Village right?

Edit: nvm found my way to the icy mountain village. Now just left wondering if the hot spring h scene is mandatory or if we can avert it lol.

Same way as Skyrim. The window is very small though

How do I complete the casino mission?

You need to got to MAP48 (where you found the ninja who got caught earlier and locked up, and then go to cupboards in the top right, 3rd from the left (next to where you found the the ninja clothes), to find the key to go underground,

EDIT: If you mean after talking to every in the casino, you just report back to the mission receptionist

There's a fair bit of randomness, but assuming he doesn't lie it should be right, left, right, left, right, right, left, right. If you get hit with two pills before the 6th drink he's lied at some point so you have to reset.
