I really hate what they did to the gameplay at release. It was actually fun in the alpha, with different builds and all that - but now every skill feels useless, now game about buying new gear and leveling up support heroses through purchases.
The earlier art style looked better too, but honestly, the visuals are still the strongest part of the game.
In post-release versions, you can edit default char stats in "\Shana\Shana_Data\StreamingAssets\character_stats.json". Set Shana`s PhysicalPower and AttackSpeed to 3000.0 and it should be enough to sprint through the game.
