Gotta give this dev props. Even though each game is usually small and the relationships are rushed, he/she/they usually deliver a spicy story and completes the game. Bravo for that!

Is there any specific route to follow in order to get the lezcest content in Grandma's house? I'd play the game only for that...

The game is straightforward, but there is a walkthrough if you want. The lezcest is very light so far.
Has anyone tried the newer versions of Family Venture, A Wife and A Mother, Photo Hunt (the latter twos are not so new, I reckon)? Is there any worthwhile progression in the lesbcest content?

I haven't played the latest update of Family Venture, still in beta, but A Wife and A Mother and Photo Hunt have no progression yet.

If you haven't played AWAM at all to see the M/D progression, it is CERTAINLY worth your time. But if you're asking if there is new content since a year ago, then no, nothing new.
Photo Hunt only has one small scene, and it's kind of an afterthought. I don't the impression the dev is taking that route seriously unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong.
yeah last I played AWAM was less than a year ago, I think I saw the completition of the shower scene (steamin' hot btw). I'd be very sad if Photo Hunt will not go down that path, that would literally be the only reason for me to play that game (the brother+sis is fine, but not worth the sandbox hassle imo)
