i will never understand why japanese devs dont ship an uncensored version of their games to the west. they probably would have a much stronger fan base if they did. since western countries dont have the silly mosaic laws

Unless they are actually operating from outside of Japan's territory, they can't. Distribution, or even just possession (if for the purpose of sale), while in Japan would leave them liable for up to two years imprisonment and 2.5m Yen fine.

Yeah the male mc lezcest is usually centered around the male protag. It has more to do with the fantasy of banging both mother and daughter than exploring/portraying lesbian incest. I have no problem with that kink, but it is a different thing.
