Try this version - fresh from my own pc.
No need to install - just use sharin.exe to run the game.
Game is pre-patched, but a back up, of the translation is included.
Make sure you are in Japanese local or similar to run the game.
Also you might need to set the game for Windows 7 compatibility.

At first i downloaded it and tried to start the game i got the same error but then i saw u mentioned about changing locality to japanese then when i changed it the game worked thanks
