I’ve been playing Shattered Minds directly on a website (without downloading it), but at a certain point, all the quests are labeled as "NOT YET INCLUDED." Is there an alternative way to play, or should I wait for those quests to be added? Do I need to download the game to access the full version?

Downloading the game is best cause if the site updates while you're not on it or have it saved you'll lose your progress

You could download the game and find out if there's more you haven't played, but there is do full version.
The game is still being made and released in updates

Currently the version here is 0.15, which means the only quests you should in your quest log would be Linda and a main quest. In the world you would also see a "NOT YET INCLUDED" for the gym girls and the girl in the coffee shop.

MMM looks like you're playing an very old version of the game there.
Better download game here and finish some of those quests, cause most of those are finished for me.

a lot of people, me included, uses the 3rd party website to test drive the games to see if they're to our personal likings. please be kind.

I'm not being unkind... there's no reason to expect anyone here to know anything about there, especially since you don't even name the site. Troubleshooting requires info, you're obfuscating like everything.

could be that the site you're using either isn't at the current release or the site nerfed the coding intentionally. try saving what you have if possible and play the download version
