Why is it you have to download a mod to change the relationships (a lot of games allow you to do this as part of the start) is the dev worried about allowing the player to play the game with the MC as his mom and sister, can I get a mod that would allow me to change there relationship with the MC on android.

Sometimes Patreon will pitch a fit if it is an option. From what I've seen on here. So that is why the mod is needed.
You don't have to play if u don't want to. From my opinion they really decent. Not great but still ok. Story is great though.
Having a single criticism is not equal to lets kill the developper, dog. Chill ! As for the game, it is overall good it's just the animations and its lack of diversity is what is holding it from being great.

There are always people who complain despite the game is decent and probably never played similar with such mind control and harem thing.
Diversity as in its animations, jfc. There is just 4 position for all girls.

I guess I'll add to this conversation...
The "4 positions" - in reality it's a dozen or so more if you include character stories - were lower quality than what's being pumped out now. Sophia's repeatable scenes are a remnant of such animations with awkward angles and poor looping. Animations with two different states (pregnant or non-pregnant), and two different camera angles takes a significant amount of time to pose and render.
With that in mind it's most likely why Extasy stuck with the 4 different positions. The manageable development time and seamless animations are far more preferable than the alternatives (i.e. 6 - 12 month dev cylces, or inferior animations).
Ideally it'd be nice to outsource the animating to someone else with a background in it, but given the current state of the game I'd say he's on the right track

This game seems like a prime example of why animations can be a bad thing. They're pretty, and having two well-animated views of every scene is impressive, but that's a ton of development time.
And speaking for myself, I don't care about seeing the 12th-slightly-different-view-of-missionary when we could have some variety of a 69, anal in various forms, piledriver, spoon position, prone bone...
It's kind of funny that the Kama Sutra is a important plot point but then missionary/cowgirl/doggy is 95% of the penetration
