And the more people know, the greater the chance that more people will appreciate it and buy it, buy it with their eyes open, instead of buying a "pig in a poke" with their eyes blindfolded.
yes, there is a considerable risk that a certain proportion of people will limit themselves to viewing the content on a pirated resource - but they did not pay and will not be indignant when they realize that they do not like it, without wasting their nerves trying to return money for something they do not need, they will simply erase from the disk what they do not need.
At the same time, users are relieved of the role of beta testers imposed on them (beta testers who pay - not those who are paid - to do beta testing), although they do make error reports for free without asking anything for their work (I repeat, beta testing is the same work as the work of a programmer)
although I completely understand the manufacturers of software products - they invest their time. these are risks, you can't get away from them.
however, the quality of the work of programmers, alas, sometimes leaves much to be desired. sometimes you want to close your eyes to the semantic blunders that occur and which are never eliminated, but we, as users, are obliged to consume these blunders by paying money for them. money that we are not given for our pretty eyes.
manufacturers must make a quality product that users will want to buy, or not be indignant, receiving once again an empty mug without a penny.
and when you try to make a good thing out of shit and sticks - you will always fail.
this is capitalism, here no one owes anything to anyone. if you want to eat well - work not just hard but well. but people live as if under socialism haha... allow themselves to make defective work, frankly slack off - why be indignant that they are not paid anything?
