There will be a special ending for single Blake for sure. Especially for single virgin Blake which is a possibility. I will provide extensive endings either way, so you might see Aoife mentioned in a separate event. As of now domme Blake is able to gather quite a harem, so it's possible for Aoife to become a part of it.
Liam is quite submissive even if your Blake isn't a hard domme, but Suya and Bree have dedicated submissive paths that you can explore. They do start with upper hand but Blake turns tables on them later on which I think is an interesting dynamic to witness.

Tyler is a minor character at best. I was initially planning a whole route with him where Blake was able to corrupt the guy but eventually realised that I'm not all that interested in such path myself, and Tyler as a character is quite off-putting, so it would be hard to even justify Blake being into him to any degree. He will get a couple more events, however.
Gillian is quite literally Blake's most used toy at this point in the game with a multitude of events all centered around her submissiveness.

While those points are important, the key event is the first one, in the 16th act, when Gillian visits Blake (and you have to be in the old city, obviously) to complain about her husband leaving her. If you've got correct prerequisites, you can make her strip for Blake for money. And that's how you get on her slave route.
There are two possible ways to meet Tanya earlier in this scene. One is the follow-up to the subway event in which you spy on Claude, the other one is to do porn for her. You have to avoid both.
