Ep7.0:

Shelly & Becky finally meet Amara, where they will understand so much more and will learn how to be able to control their abilities by Amara herself

Also, some info on a new option added:

I have added a "Stay Faithful To Triss Path" option, at the beginning of Episode 7.0, I thought this would be a better option, as you will all still be able to get to see all the sexual encounters with other females, if you enable being faithful path, you will see all sexual encounters that involve other females from Becky's POV instead of Shelly, but Shelly will have her own solo activities, this will lead you to the good ending on the whole story around this time next year, of course, if you don't want to enable "Stay Faithful", then that is also an option and this is where the paths will change, as all sexual encounters with other females will be from Shelly's POV, but, Triss will see all that happens, this will lead to an alternative ending

I thought giving you this option, is better than, having you select NO to the sexual encounters with other females

In the latest review I read "It shifts somewhat to some corruption male content", and there's a suggestive render in OP. Otherwise it comes across as pretty much pure lesbian to me.

That review from the OP was about the male alien antagonist of the story, where he had the female protagonist on a sex machine and tortured her so she couldn't take anymore, because he wanted to know how she had her abilities back after he made sure she lost them within the future

Apart from sex toys, there's no dicks shown in this story

It's straight forward.

Most of the choices boil down to "eat girls pussy like it's the last burger you'll ever have" or "don't eat girls pussy because you don't like burgers".

There are more but none of them are complex, it's all pretty straight forward stuff.

You won't miss anything, the only time there are real consequences is when it gets to the later updates and they start talking about babies and the faithful stat pops up. Staying faithful to Triss will net the best ending, cheating will have consequences but not relationship ending severity. You still won't miss any sex scenes it will just be seen from a different characters perspective than Shelly's.
