It's because people like to see and get off to hentai of their favorite characters. AI can churn them out at high volume with quality that is good enough, constantly improving, and in pretty much any situation/pose requested. That's the reason.

I highly suspect the majority of people paying AI art creators are just using it to feel good and proceed with their day. And that's ok. I doubt many even know what's going on with this whole AI debate, and they likely could care less who or what created it as long as it is giving the desired effect.

But that's a catch 22, lets say AI gets so perfect that there is no actual difference between a real artist and an AI artist?
and it basically takes 0 effort to work the programs.

its shooting yourself in the foot, cause why would any gooner want to pay an "AI Artist" for art when they can run artroom or civi. ai for free and do it themselves? if its gotten to that point where its so easy you don't even need to put effort to clean up or take it into photoshop then every AI jerkoff would be out of a job.

I don't see the point in paying any of these fucks even if you were crazy enough to think they put any kind of effort into it cause they're just destroying their own industry. If people wanna jerk off to spiderman fucking lucina and have an internet connection to rule34 they're gonna just watch it for free there. so why's this any different? cause shexyo's "talented"? or he knows how to work the program which is a couple of sliders and the render button? fuck that.

Shexyo simply posts whatever the AI cooked with some photoshop edits here and there. 1034x1500 is an usual AI res output for NAI which he probably uses. Before he started using AI for everything (

) he used to post his drawings in 2359x3500 res.

Shexyo already have tons of money so it's not that he needs a better GPU (because he posted his work in 2359x3500 res before AI came around) but because he wants to cover his AI tracks and bigger pics means more detailled pics and the AI flaws become more visible and harder to hide. He is probably lazy and doesn't want to deal with the extra steps of using an AI upscaler and look for mistakes to edit in photoshop. Call him out on Twitter and you will be blocked lol.

So That explains why i got blocked by the dude on Twitter.
Come to think of it, he never posted any wip pics and suddenly posted so many good quality lewds in less than a day or two. that makes me question things.

It’s honestly disappointing… He used to put real effort into drawing everything by hand, and now he’s settled into laziness. The way he’s acting, it almost makes him come across like a scammer, just having AI generate his own art style for him. I really wish he’d stop relying on prompts like that, or at least keep those generated works to himself.

I'm no AI hater by any means really, i'm mostly for it, but in art i feel more anti than pro. Especially for commercial works, if you do some quick npc etc stuff for a TTRPG private session whatever. But if you intend to sell, no. Art i want to remain mostly in the human (with maybe tool assistance) realm.
