How do you get past "get your qualification to lvl 5" quest ive been on it for like 25 days. Is it the pigeon?? cause thats like level 30 right now.

Game has alot of potential...
But potential is only potential until proven otherwise.
We will have to wait and see where this one goes.
I feel its too early for a review but:
Currently in v0.1 I found the gameplay somewhat annoying.
The QTE events were kind of annoying to me, but since there were only a few and non-repeating, at least its not too bad.
The Puzzle mini-game for the library was also somewhat annoying, unnecessary time wasters. Atleast they were only 3x3 so they could be solved relatively quickly if you know the strategy, but some may struggle more with this than others.
HOSPITAL/ECONOMY:
The hospital and earning money is both grindy and unprofitable until you have invested several thousands into it.
The way the passive income works currently makes it unprofitable until you:
Buy level 4 renovation for 800, hire page 3 staff; medical orderly for 1000 and pharmacist for 2000. Then hire dentist for 1000 on page 2
If you don't hire the page 3 staff, you will have to pay 150 each turn to keep medicine and cleanliness at 100%, if you don't then income will go down by the missing % ...and it goes down every day at a fixed rate, even if no ones working.
You also have give them a tiny salary every few days or they will stop working.
Once you get M O and Pharma, the salary is affordable and it becomes profitable, but without them its just not worth the upkeep. needless to say this is kinda dumb and makes the game grindy.
Later on it when you incriesed your endurance a bit, time becomes the biggest limit to how much you can click/earn a day.
The later upgrades and the electronics are beyond expensive for your income.
Its also annoying that you can't exit to the map when your indoors and instead have to click the left edge, then the right edge to exit. Especially annoying if you accidentally click outside the game window in the process.
SHARK!
Shark needs to be fed every day if you want progress to raise and be maintained, this will cost you roughly 300 a day to maintain plus a little extra to get started. This becomes managable once you get your economy up and going.
But only then, it is unsustainable until you can afford her running cost.
Shark is currently barebones, dialogue currently do absolutely no effect on progress or stats.
Only mood, which is controlled by being properly fed will incriese "heart" by 1% per day once she's in a happy mood.
Demo currently ends at 30%, THE END.
In order to properly feed the shork, the 100 cost broccoli adds 50% but lowers mood, good for kickstarting the proccess. Then once maxed, maintain by: first day, 300 cost sushi. Second day, 100 cost chocolate. Third day, 500 cost ramen. Then go to the store and rebuy everything plus your own 100 cost groceries.
Repeat cycle until the end of time.
As said: the potential is there, just unrealised.
Time will tell if it floats or sinks (sharky can't swim).
I wish the Creator good luck.

Unfortunately only Marina's ever tried to create the methodology for shark care. Given how it ended with her being eaten, we need further investigations before sticking dick in shork.
Seriously though, probably best to just use URM to give yourself infinite moneys for better shork care.

Hello, I am the developer of this game. I understand how inconvenient the rollback can be, but it was causing many graphical bugs on the map. I have added rollback only for certain events.
I do not think I will be changing the interface, but you may have noticed that when you click on many things, you will get explanations of what they are.

For those who encounter the bug that makes it impossible to complete "Level 5 Qualification," please explain what exactly you are doing. I cannot reproduce this bug no matter how hard I try. I would really like to fix it, but during normal playthrough when following the story, it never happens...

I figured it out now. What I did was I kept clicking the pigeon and somepoint it was like level 70 and I continue to play the backjack and the gachas without realizing you have to click on the checkbox. I was wondering why it wasnt working. But since I had racked in all the money I just bought everything. And all the house upgrades from playing blackjack. There was a scene when she popped up when I bought the fridge and I had never seen her before. Excuse my bad grammer.

Hm… Maybe that’s actually the main problem, though I don’t really understand what exactly causes it. Perhaps in future updates I’ll just prevent the player from buying anything else… I’ve already had complaints about this bug before, but I still don’t understand what exactly triggers it, what specific wrong turn leads to it…

I think part of the complaints might be confusing the pidgeon level for the hospital upgrades, but I'm not sure.
If this is the cause then maybe making the upgrade menu easier to find and the quest wording clearer would be the solution.

No, no, it’s a real bug. Someone sent me a save file where it happens, but I still couldn’t find the cause. In theory, the game recognizes that you’ve completed the quest, but for some reason it won’t let you progress and just gets stuck there. There must be something specific that leads to this result.

Maybe I should add a disclaimer to the game saying that, for the best experience, you shouldn’t just mindlessly farm gold… It’s enough to follow the story and only get sidetracked from time to time. That way, something will be happening every day… And the encounter with the girl will happen literally within 20 minutes 
Bro's probably just still mad about the time Ironmouse beat Dr Groomer for Twitch streamer of the year and is taking it out on the entire market in response.
I hate to say it but I think your best bet is a game restart. Based on how early in development the game is, there isn't many options to troubleshoot it at this time.
