If you mean the one where a fat patient comes in, you have to go all the way during the massage until she interrupts you. If you leave early you'll just replay the same scene everyday.

I think the creator forgot a zero when typing the version number. It appears the Sakura massage, Hinata's slightly unzipped jacket, and Ino's squats are all there is to the game at the moment. Which really should mean this is version 0.1 not version 1.1, indicating a full game.
