I played 0.46 and i hope you fix the lighter bug that i ran into in 46a.
The bug that i ran into, when you give that woman in the club a light for her cig, it takes the lighter away from the mc inventory, and even though the spot is empty where the lighter use to be, it still acts like there is something there in that spot.

I didn't know that someone would go so hard into realism with their games. To the point of making all of the characters realistically ugly... Which is why I will omit this game until it can gather more positive feedback to rise my curiosity enaugh to even play it to begin with. Teasers/screenshots do make the game look... not interesting and appealing to my inner pervert. As a game lover I need to find beauty in them. Pleasing for eyes figures of natural beauty or women. If I can't find any beauty in my games. I discard them and never look back.
