? The Android environment is just for running the game, not for actually compiling the application, so you don't need the JDK or SDK in Waydroid.

Not sure why you think installing from AUR is better than using the normal repo... Especially since the version in repo is 21.0.6.u7-1, and AUR version is 21.0.6.u7-1, ie exactly the same. Sounds like terrible advice to me.

According to the documentation you linked to and I quoted, I need the android version of renpy to compile the game for android, that is why I quoted what I did.

To perform this step, choose "Install SDK" from the Android screen in the Ren'Py Launcher. RAPT will report on what it's doing. It will also prompt you to accept the licenses.

I have no idea what they mean by "Ren'Py Launcher", I just assumed this is the android version because of the quote above.
In one section they talk about how RAPT is a different software, and in the next they say "just install it WITH renpy". There is no option for this on the software I have available for linux, not that I can find at least.

And no, I am not going to use my personal android phone to compile a porn novel. I keep my online presences separated from each-other for obvious reasons.

If someone can give clear instructions on how to do this easily, I will do it, but I will not spend time learning about it when I have a ton of work to do on the novel instead.

If that is already 0.6 why not just finishing it first? The reason people have an initial release are just because it will be several hours of playtime and need/want support on the way or they just greedy for money. The game is not even 10 minutes at 0.6.
So instead of putting out a half baked whatsoever you should have finished it first and made sure that it is polished. Seriously I don't understand why you thought it is a good idea to make that as an initial release.

And I am not complaining about the bad writing, the weird pictures etc. The only thing I really wanna point out is the main couple looking like kids. So I gonna report it that a Mod should take a look if that is against rule 7 or not.

I think the issues raised wasn't that "The story is short" is that you are posting something with a 0.6 that has like 3 minutes of content

I did not accuse "YOU" at anything. I just pointed out how the general devs are doing it. And now I even even less understand why you put it out in that state. And I think that you don't understand my point.
Your game will be pretty short. So you only have a few tries to make a good impression. Number 1 failed very hard. So instead and specially if you don't even ask for support you should have finished it first. BECAUSE IT WILL BE A SHORT GAME. That it's gonna be a short game is no problem at all.

It would be not the first time scenes against rule 7 passed the first instance. They are humans too and make mistakes.
Maybe it its not against rule 7 but for me they look like children and fall under rule 7. And my goal here is not to remove your game but that you have to redone those pictures with proper adult people and not such pedo shit.

The one in the repo is the Java Runtime Environment (for running Java applications) while the one in AUR is the Java Development Kit (for building Java applications).

The novel is going to contain SHORT stories.
So, with that, if the 1.0 version is a SHORT story for about 6 mins, then how is the 0.6 wrong?

I could have versioned it 0.9 and it would still be correct, it is not a complete application, hence >1.0.

An application can consist of only 50 lines of code and be 1.0, I just fail to see any relevance here other than the sake of argument.

Buddy it is NOT because of the version number or that those will be short stories. I just pointed out IF THE STORY IS SHORT WHY NOT FIRST FINISH IT. You would make a 10 times better impression to everyone bringing out a finished story.
Simplified:
Short story not finished = Bad impression (people will be not happy)
Short story finished = Good impression (people will be happy)

If you are annoyed that this first release is very short, please either ignore or wait for future updates.

But what this thread has taught me is that a few of you do not appreciate sneak peeks or early previews, so updates will most likely not be as frequent as I initially planned.
Instead of releasing +60 images with first half of day 2 today or tomorrow, I will wait until I am completely done with day 2, and that will take time since I am still moving things around, removing parts of the story, changing small things earlier in the story to make it consistent etc etc.
I was hoping I could rely on users to point out flaws and inconsistencies because it is very easy to become blind to things when you work on it.

Maybe I should do what most other devs does and ignore the comment section here instead...

You don't understand how versioning has to be applied correctly, as alongside putting screenshots in the OP of content that doesn't exist in the current version leads people to download it thinking there is content.

Naming something 0.6, which is 60 percent complete, when it is 0.1 leads to people (as stated) downloading it and then the complaints start because you set peoples expectations incorrectly.

Try not telling everyone that you have done this to that it's all everyone elses fault because they don't understand.

I am going to be honest. I had some strange version of ren'py downloaded. THERE WAS NO BUTTON FOR ANDROID! (that's was why I was so confused and thought I needed an android version of ren'py)
I downloaded the latest version instead and yeeeeeeeah, there is a button there that says "android".

Android build will be available for v0.7. (this will trigger people who does not understand versioning, but a roadmap I will include in the next update is now in dev notes will probably hopefully make it more clear for them.. That is all I will say about that ridiculousness... xD)
Therefore I also changed resolution to adhere to 16:9 instead of 4:3, witch also means even more work before 0.7, but I am working on it every day and it is getting there.
95% of images are upscaled and changed to 16:9 and I am currently working on the new H-scenes. Most "normal" communication images are done.
I am aware there are some inconsistencies in the images, hair color on the boy for example.

Fun fact:
If you create an image, add a layer on it in for example krita to blur the image, then upscale it with ai, the blur will almost get removed. xD

Question for anyone:
When the girl questions the reason for the boy to ejaculate, I use the word "did he cum". It looks strange to me, and not being english native.. I tired googling it, but it gives different results.
So my question: how is "cum" spelled in this situation? I have a feeling "cum" is not correct, should it be: "did he come because...." or is it actually "did he cum because..."?

With that said, I didn't hate what little there was. I'm becoming a little numb to all the NTR/NTS shit that is popping up all over the place, because the "marketplace" is becoming saturated, and so few of them actually keep up the development cycle to the point of actual NTR/NTS happening, but y'know, if this one reaches that point...then great. I'll definitely give this another look for the next version!
